Every piece at Art de Reverie is custom-made to order, crafted with care and made uniquely for you. Because of this, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right with a free replacement.

Cancellations & Changes

Changes or cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your piece enters production and we're unable to make adjustments.

My Artwork Arrived Damaged. What Do I Do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us at info@artdereverie.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A photo of the full artwork
• A photo of the damaged area
• A photo of the packaging

Once we receive this, we'll assess the situation and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
